EVENTS & COMPETITION SCHEDULES
As the Meadowbank Karate Group are very involved in the sporting side of karate we arrange and participate in numerous competitions throughout the year. Many of our events are designed to accommodate younger and lower graded students who compete against students of a similar standard. Other events may only be suitable for children and adults of a higher competitive standard. All our listings try to indicate which age group the competition is suitable for, always double check with your instructor though as these can be subject to change.

However, we are already looking forward to 2021 when Meadowbank Karate Group turns 50: -
We are planning to host an evening of celebrations at the Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club on the 20th February 2021.
Open to past / present members and parents along with invited guests from the extended karate family it will be a night to remember.
Enjoy a welcome drink, 3 course meal, ceilidh band and disco. All at the cost of £45 per person (£10 deposit payable by to secure your ticket). Please contact Sharon Elliott with regards to paying your deposit.
Please note that the evening is open to 16 years and above (but 16-17yrs old must be accompanied by an adult).
Formal dress required.
For those wishing to stay, a limited number of rooms within the hotel are available at reduced rates.
